Textured Coating Systems

Flexible and crack-resistant: It is resistant to moisture, cold and heat circulation, temperature difference changes, good regional adaptability, flexible paint film, good crack resistance, and can cover the cracks in the plastering putty layer.

Good patching properties: The sand diameter ratio is reasonable, the patching performance is good, the construction is simple, safe and environmentally friendly.

Exterior wall coating system

Base Leveling: After preparing the putty according to the specified ratio, stir it evenly. Ensure there are no lumps, clots, or large particles, and the viscosity is moderate. Apply the prepared coarse putty with a trowel in 1-2 coats, and before the surface dries, use a scraper to smooth and align it vertically. Once the coarse putty is completely dry, apply a fine putty layer. After the surface dries, sand it smoothly.

Anti-Alkali Base Coat: Stir the exterior wall anti-alkali white primer evenly before use. If water dilution is necessary, it should be done by a professional according to the actual site conditions, adhering to a fixed ratio. Excessive dilution is prohibited. Use a wool roller to apply one coat of the prepared primer. For corners and gaps, assist the application with a wool brush. Ensure a uniform gloss without missing spots.

Textured Top Coat: After stirring the textured coating evenly, it can be used directly. If viscosity adjustment is needed, add a moderate amount of clean water and stir well. The dilution ratio should not exceed 2% of the paint volume. Apply one coat of the prepared paint with a trowel. While the surface is still wet, smooth it with a trowel or use appropriate tools to achieve the desired texture. Ensure consistent texture without visible substrate or irregular patterns.

Anti-Stain Clear Coat: After stirring the water-based clear varnish evenly, it can be used directly. If water dilution is necessary, it should be done by a professional according to the actual site conditions, adhering to a fixed ratio. Excessive dilution is prohibited. Use a wool roller to apply one coat of the prepared varnish. For corners and gaps, assist the application with a wool brush. Ensure a uniform gloss without missing spots.
