Founded in 1992, the company has built three factories, covering an area of about 50,000 square meters. With over 30 years of professional experience in paint production and construction, it has a comprehensive system for research and development, production, sales, and construction. The company has long-term cooperation with Dow Chemical (USA) and Hunan University.

FAC has multiple international-standard, hundred-ton automated production lines and is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, Hunan Enterprise Technology Center, and a well-known brand in Hunan Province. The company’s product offerings include latex paint, real stone paint, textured coatings, artistic coatings, and granite coatings. FAC's proprietary invention, the dual-component hollow glass microsphere thermal insulation coating system, has been established as the technical standard for Hunan's engineering construction group. The reflective thermal insulation coating is a national-level green design product, certified with the Hunan Green Building Materials Star Label, and included in the Hunan Province energy-saving building materials promotion directory.
