Waterborne Fluorocarbon Coating Systems

The water-based fluorocarbon coating system uses high-quality fluorinated acrylic emulsion, which, with its unique high performance, imparts the coating with exceptional weather resistance, stain resistance, and chemical resistance. This system can produce durable colors and metallic paint effects. The metallic coating, achieved by adding special metallic pigments and additives, gives the film an excellent metallic gloss. It is ideal for the curtain walls of high-end office buildings, business hotels, and other buildings with high decorative requirements. The Huike water-based fluorocarbon solid color paint is resistant to acid rain, salt fog, and offers long-lasting weather resistance. The paint film has excellent water repellency, self-cleaning properties, and good scrub resistance. It also has strong adhesion and high bonding strength.

Leveling: Coarse putty: 2-3 coats, embedding mesh, 4-5 kg/m²Fine putty: 1-2 coats, 1 kg/m²

Base Coat: Exterior wall anti-alkali transparent primer: 1 coat, 0.10 kg/m²

Polishing: Water-based polishing putty: 1 coat, 0.15 kg/m²

Intermediate Coat: Water-based fluorocarbon elastic intermediate coat: 1 coat, 0.20 kg/m²

Top Coat: Water-based fluorocarbon metal paint: 2 coats, 0.20 kg/m²

Clear Coat (Optional): Water-based fluorocarbon clear varnish: 1 coat, 0.10 kg/m²

Leveling: Apply the prepared coarse putty with a trowel for the first coat. Before the surface dries, use a scraper to smooth it out and align it vertically. After drying, apply a second coat of coarse putty, embedding the mesh. Ensure the surface is smooth, without wrinkles or exposed areas.
Once the coarse putty is dry, apply 1-2 coats of fine putty. After the surface dries, use a putty sanding machine with 240-grit sandpaper to smooth the surface. The flatness requirement is ≤1mm.

Base Coat: Stir the exterior wall anti-alkali transparent primer evenly before use. If viscosity adjustment is needed, add ≤20% clean water for dilution.
Apply the prepared primer with a wool roller. For corners and gaps, assist the application with a wool brush. Ensure uniform thickness, no missed spots, or visible substrate.

Polishing: Stir the water-based polishing putty evenly before use. If viscosity adjustment is needed, add ≤5% clean water for dilution.
Apply the prepared putty with a trowel. Ensure uniform thickness, and after drying, use a sanding machine with 600-grit sandpaper to smooth the surface. The flatness requirement is ≤1mm.

Intermediate Coat: Stir the water-based fluorocarbon elastic intermediate coat evenly before use. If viscosity adjustment is needed, add ≤5% clean water for dilution.Apply the prepared intermediate coat with a spray gun. Ensure uniform thickness, no missed spots, or visible substrate.

Top Coat: Stir the water-based fluorocarbon metal paint evenly before use. If viscosity adjustment is needed, add ≤10% clean water for dilution.Apply the prepared top coat with a spray gun in 2 coats, with a re-coating interval of ≥2 hours. Ensure uniform thickness, no missed spots, visible substrate, or streaking.

Clear Coat: The water-based fluorocarbon clear varnish can be applied according to the client's or sample requirements.Stir the water-based fluorocarbon clear varnish evenly before use. If viscosity adjustment is needed, add ≤20% clean water for dilution.Apply the prepared fluorocarbon clear varnish with a spray gun in 1 coat. Ensure uniform thickness, no missed spots, or visible substrate.
