Anti-Fouling Latex Paint System for Exterior Wall

Structure Diagram

Product Features

Heike exterior latex paint is resistant to aging and fading, with a long service life. It features nano-catalytic anti-pollution properties, excellent self-cleaning ability, and stains are automatically washed away by rain. It has good water-repellent properties, excellent breathability, and strong resistance to temperature variations. The paint has good adhesion, high bonding strength, and is not prone to bubbling or peeling. It is highly alkali-resistant, easy to wash, and has good mold and algae resistance. The product can be mixed to produce different colors as needed. It can be applied to exterior walls using brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other tools, providing excellent decoration and protection for exterior surfaces.

Construction System

Leveling: Coarse putty 1-2 times, 2-3kg/m², fine putty 1 time, 1kg/m²

Primer: Alkali-resistant white primer for exterior wall 1 time, 0.15kg/m²

Surface coating: Exterior wall latex paint 2 times, 0.20kg/m²

Construction Steps

Leveling: Mix the putty according to the specified ratio until it is evenly blended. Ensure there are no lumps, clumps, large particles, and that the viscosity is appropriate. Apply the prepared coarse putty using a spatula in 1-2 coats. Before it is dry to the touch, use a scraper to smooth it out and align the surface. Once the coarse putty is fully dry, apply 1 more coat of fine putty. After the surface is dry, use a putty dusting sanding machine to sand the surface flat, ensuring the levelness is ≤ 3mm.

Primer: Mix the exterior alkali-resistant white primer thoroughly before use. If viscosity adjustment is needed, it should be done by a specialist, adding water in a fixed ratio (do not exceed 10% of the paint volume). Apply the prepared primer using a wool roller for one coat. For corners and gaps, use a wool brush for auxiliary application. Ensure the thickness is even and consistent, with no missed spots or exposed areas.

Finish Coat: Mix the exterior latex paint thoroughly before use. If viscosity adjustment is needed, add water in a ratio not exceeding 10% of the paint volume. Apply the prepared finish coat using a wool roller in 2 coats, with a re-coating interval of ≥4 hours. For corners and gaps, use a wool brush for auxiliary application. Ensure even and consistent thickness, with no missed spots or exposed areas.
