Elastic Exterior Paint

Structure Diagram

Product Features

Sandy Texture: By adding a small amount of fine quartz sand, the product offers high coverage, low consumption per square meter, and excellent cost-effectiveness in construction. The texture is delicate, and the appearance is soft.

The paint film has strong stretching properties, making it suitable for covering small cracks in walls. The product exhibits exceptional flexibility and tensile strength in both low and high-temperature environments, making it highly versatile for various climates, particularly those with significant temperature fluctuations.

Construction System

Leveling: Coarse putty 1-2 times, 2-3kg/m, fine putty 1 time, 1kg/m2

Primer: Alkali-resistant white primer for exterior wall 1 time, 0.15kg/m

Medium coating: Elastic medium coating brushed paint 1 time: 0.25-0.3kg/m2

Surface coating: Super elastic exterior wall paint 2

Construction Steps

Surface Leveling: Mix the putty according to the specified ratio until evenly blended. It should be free of powder lumps, clumps, or large particles, with a moderate viscosity. Apply the prepared coarse putty with a putty knife in 1-2 coats, smoothing with a scraper before surface drying, ensuring it is level and straight. Once the coarse putty is fully dry, apply 1 coat of fine putty, and after surface drying, use a putty vacuum sander to lightly smooth the surface. The required flatness should be ≤3mm.

Primer: After thoroughly mixing the exterior alkali-resistant white primer, it can be applied directly. If viscosity needs adjustment, it should be diluted by a designated person according to a fixed ratio, ensuring that the added water does not exceed 10% of the paint volume. Apply the prepared primer using a wool roller, covering corners and gaps with a wool brush. Ensure the coating is uniform, with no missed spots or bleeding through.

Intermediate Coating: After thoroughly mixing the elastic textured intermediate coating paint, it can be applied directly. If viscosity needs adjustment, add water moderately, with the dilution ratio not exceeding 5% of the paint volume. Apply the textured paint using a honeycomb roller in one coat, ensuring uniform texture and no missed spots or sharp protrusions. This step may be performed according to the client's specifications.

Topcoat: After thoroughly mixing the elastic exterior wall paint, it can be applied directly. If viscosity needs adjustment, add water, with the dilution ratio not exceeding 5% of the paint volume. Apply the prepared topcoat using a wool roller in two coats, with a recoat interval of at least 4 hours. For corners and gaps, use a wool brush for assistance. Ensure the coating is uniform, with no missed spots or bleeding through.
