Interior and Exterior Wall Putty

Polymer single-component dry powder coarse putty, featuring high adhesive strength, low water absorption, and excellent crack resistance. It is ideal for the first and second coat applications for wall leveling.

Climate Requirements: Avoid application in harsh weather conditions such as frost, freezing, rain, or snow. The base temperature should be between 5-35℃, and the air humidity should be less than 85%.

Mixing Ratio: Mix components in a ratio of ""A:B = 2.5:1"" using mechanical stirring until uniform, ensuring there are no lumps, large particles, or excessive viscosity. Use immediately after mixing and avoid prolonged standing.

Application Instructions: Apply the prepared coarse putty with a putty knife, filling in 1-2 coats. Before it dries, use a scraper to level the surface and make it smooth.

Curing Instructions: After the putty is applied, water-cure for 7-14 days to allow sufficient reaction of inorganic silicates in the putty, ensuring that the required properties are achieved.

Storage Instructions: As a water-based putty, it is a non-hazardous product for transport. Store in a cool, ventilated place at temperatures between 5-35℃, away from direct sunlight and rain. The sealed storage period is one year.
