Product Features
FAC exterior latex paint features a compact and dense film that does not absorb dust or stains, offering excellent anti-soiling performance. With nano-catalytic anti-soiling technology, it has great self-cleaning properties, allowing dust and stains to roll off automatically with rainwater. The paint has outstanding water-repellent properties, preventing rainwater from seeping in and providing long-lasting protection for the wall. The paint uses anti-corrosive inorganic pigments, ensuring it is resistant to fading and yellowing, with excellent weather resistance and a long service life. It offers good alkalinity resistance and strong temperature change resistance. The paint has high adhesion, making it resistant to blistering and peeling. Additionally, it has excellent scrubbability and is highly resistant to mildew and algae.
Construction System
Surface Leveling: Apply 1-2 coats of coarse putty, 2-3 kg/m², and 1 coat of fine putty, 1 kg/m².
Primer: Apply 1 coat of exterior anti-alkali white primer, 0.15 kg/m².
Topcoat: Apply 2 coats of matte exterior latex paint, 0.20 kg/m².
Construction Steps
Surface Leveling: Mix the putty according to the specified proportions until evenly blended. It should be free from lumps, bumps, and excessive particles, with a moderate viscosity. Apply the prepared coarse putty using a putty knife for 1-2 coats. Before surface drying, smooth it with a scraper, ensuring it is level and straight. Once the coarse putty is completely dry, apply 1 coat of fine putty. After surface drying, use a putty vacuum sanding machine to smooth the surface to a flatness of ≤ 3mm.
Primer: Stir the exterior anti-alkali white primer until evenly mixed and apply directly. If adjusting viscosity is needed, dilute with water by no more than 10% of the paint volume, as instructed by a professional. Use a wool roller to apply the primer evenly, and use a wool brush to assist in corners and seams. Ensure the application is uniform in thickness, with no missed spots or undercoats visible.
Topcoat: Stir the exterior latex paint evenly before use. If necessary, adjust viscosity by adding water, but the water should not exceed 10% of the paint volume. Apply the prepared paint with a wool roller in two coats. The recoat interval should be ≥ 4 hours. Use a wool brush to assist in corners and seams. Ensure the application is uniform in thickness, with no missed spots or transparency.
