In order to accelerate product development speed, upgrade product technologies, and improve construction techniques, FAC Coatings recently held its first technical exchange meeting of 2024. All members of the R&D and Technology Department attended this meeting, laying a solid foundation for FAC's comprehensive upgrades in products and construction in 2024.

At the start of the meeting, Chairman Hou Wanli emphasized that in 2024, FAC will continue to prioritize safety production, innovation, technology enhancement, efficient production, and product quality, aiming for another record high in output value.

Following this, Executive General Manager Wang Lixin provided an analysis of the market development trends and new industry policies, summarized existing issues in various areas, and proposed improvement plans. He also focused on outlining the key tasks and goals for production and technology in 2024.

Marketing Director Pang Yong, from a market perspective, offered constructive opinions and requirements related to product and technology updates. Director Pang stated: "Currently, the real estate environment is challenging, market competition is fierce, and similar products are emerging continuously. Only by continuously improving product quality, innovation, and differentiation can we win the market."

Department Manager Luo Jijing reported on the technical department's achievements in 2023 and emphasized that in the sales process, samples are an important factor in reflecting the company's image and strength. In 2024, the technical department will focus on this aspect, ensuring rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement to empower the sales team.

Finally, R&D Technology Director Liu Jiangming addressed the issues and suggestions raised by various departments. He provided a detailed report on the latest research results and progress, and also discussed, from a professional perspective, the advantages of newly launched products compared to similar products in the market. Additionally, he proposed improvement plans for challenges encountered in current R&D work.

Chairman Hou Wanli stated: "2024 is a milestone year for FAC. The company will relocate to a new factory, and we will achieve leapfrog development in terms of factory scale, production capacity, and technological strength. This marks FAC's transition from traditional manual production to the intelligent manufacturing industry.
