On the afternoon of March 22, the President’s Office team from Bauder Group, including Liang Xiaofeng from the President’s Office of the Business Division, Cheng Hao, the head of the Min-Gan region, Yi Qilei, head of the Stone Coating Project Group in the Promotion Department, Zeng Guang, head of the Product Management Group, and Gong Guangchi, the regional head of the Hunan-Hubei area, visited FAC Coatings. They held discussions with FAC Chairman Hou Wanli and senior leadership regarding product R&D and the future development of the industry.

It is home to several product technology research and development platforms, including the “Guangdong Province Polymer Emulsion Engineering Technology Research and Development Center,” “High-Performance Architectural Coatings Emulsion R&D Center,” “High-Performance Waterproof Coatings Emulsion R&D Center,” and the “Special Performance Emulsion Innovation Research Center.”

Relying on its strong production capacity and brand influence, FAC Coatings has established a solid foundation for a multi-level, multi-form, and multi-field business model with Bauder Group. FAC’s international standard, hundred-ton programmable production lines and 150 million square meters of specialized coating application allow the companies to better integrate and optimize resources across the value chain in the water-based coatings industry, jointly promoting the development of architectural exterior wall coatings.

FAC Coatings Chairman Hou Wanli introduced the company’s recent product plans, including the vision for their new two-component hollow glass microbead thermal insulation coating. For years, FAC has been focusing on aspects like "energy-saving" and "low-carbon" to continuously empower the upgrade of architectural exterior coatings.
