Product Introduction

Construction System
Surface leveling: 1-2 coats of coarse putty, 2-3 kg/m²; 1 coat of fine putty, 1 kg/m²
Primer: 1 coat of anti-alkali transparent primer, 0.10 kg/m²
Topcoat: 2 coats of interior latex paint, 0.20 kg/m²
Precautions
Surface Requirements: The substrate should be firm, flat, clean, free of dust, without hollow spots, cracks, or water leakage. The moisture content should be <10%, and the pH value should be <10. The substrate should be strictly inspected according to national acceptance standards before construction.
Temperature Requirements: The substrate temperature should be between 5-35°C, and the relative humidity should be <85%. In cold climates with frost, freezing, or snow, proper heating should be provided to ensure the indoor temperature is above 5°C.
Construction Notes: To ensure the final construction quality of the product, please strictly follow the FAC coating system and construction plan. FAC Paint will not bear responsibility or consequences if there are any changes made by the customer.
Tool Cleaning: During breaks in construction, rollers, brushes, spray guns, mixers, and other tools should be cleaned with water in a timely manner and dried for reuse.
Storage Notes: Water-based coatings are non-hazardous for transport and should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, with a temperature of 5-35°C. The stack height should be limited to two layers, and the sealed storage period is 1 year.
